The perfect reply
Arsenal not only got the better of Valencia on the pitch on Thursday night, but also on Twitter.
Unai Emery’s men booked their spot in the Europa League final by seeing off the Spanish side 7-3 on aggregate, winning their second leg 4-2 at the Mestalla.
They also came up with the perfect response to their opponents’ Game of Thrones related tweet, too.
Hours before kick-off, the Spanish club’s English language account tweeted the Gunners a picture of GoT’s Lena Headey (Cersei Lannister) holding up one of their shirts.
‘If you have any last words now is the time,’ their tweet read – a reference to the final scene of the latest episode.

Yep. Zinger.
Arsenal will now meet Chelsea in the Baku final on May 29.
They may, however, be without Henrikh Mkhitaryan for the game. Political tensions between his homeland of Armenia and host country Azerbaijan mean Arsenal are seeking assurances from Uefa that he will be granted entry to the country.
