Bebe is widely regarded as Sir Alex Ferguson’s worst ever signing for Manchester United, and his recently leaked contract only reinforces that opinion.
The Portuguese forward picked up a hefty wedge for doing very little until he was shipped out to Benfica in 2014, and details of his deal have now emerged online.
The Football Leaks website has apparently received a copy of Bebe’s contract that shows he earned £900,000 a year and was given a £100,000 bonus every season he stayed at Old Trafford.
The leak also reveals the bonuses made available to United’s squad in the 2009/10 season, with plenty of cash up for grabs had it been a successful campaign…
Arguably most interesting part of Bebe's contract on https://t.co/T3Bint6bSs is detail how MUFC's bonuses worked. pic.twitter.com/OFQYNzAg7n

Even coming second in most cup competitions was worth a serious wedge to the squad, but the club finished the season with only the League Cup added to their trophy cabinet.
