Bristol City have outdone themselves here
Bristol City have created quite a buzz over the last 12 months thanks to their rather ingenious goal celebration gifs.
These gifs, which as you can imagine are posted online when the club scores a goal, features a variety of Bristol players doing different, increasingly bizarre and funny actions, such as dances and whatnot.
Well, on transfer deadline day the club’s Twitter account decided to release a new kind of goal gif, but this time it was used to say farewell to their recently departed left-back Joe Bryan.
The 24-year-old Bryan has spent the entirety of his career at Ashton Gate, bar two short loans spells with Bath City and Plymouth Argyle, amassing more than 200 appearances in the process.
This week he departed the club for Fulham, a transfer which was far from straight forward considering the fact he had originally agreed a deal to join Aston Villa, before discovering that that the Premier League side were in fact also in for him.
While that move may have left a bad taste in the mouth at Villa Park, Bristol City are clearly happy for their former left-back, as both the goal gif and the subsequent video indicate.
