Bayern Munich have had two bids for the teenager rejected
Callum Hudson-Odoi has reportedly told Chelsea officials that he wants to leave the club this January after Bayern Munich submitted two bids for the winger, both of which were rejected.
Max Bielefeld of Sky Sports has reported that the teenager has handed in a transfer request, and that the club will try “everything” to keep the player during this January transfer window.

Hudson-Odoi starred in Chelsea’s 2-0 win over Nottingham Forest in the FA Cup at the weekend and was named man of the match by the club’s followers after bagging two assists as Álvaro Morata’s bagged a brace.
The 18-year-old has now made seven appearances for the Blues this season, scoring one goal in the Europa League against PAOK.
But after Chelsea announced the signing of Christian Pulisic last week, chances for Hudson-Odoi to make an impact in the first team next season are likely to be limited.
As a result, Hudson-Odoi is itching for a move away from Stamford Bridge, with Bayern looking like the most likely destination.
Jadon Sancho’s success in the Bundesliga has had a domino effect, with more British players heading out there in search of first team football – Arsenal’s Reiss Nelson has starred for Hoffenheim this season.
Bayern are hoping Hudson-Odoi will become the next Sancho, and are keen to sign him before he is snapped up by another club and before his price rises even higher than the current £40m asking price.
