Well, this is… different.
The phrase “bold design” gets thrown around an awful lot these days, but we feel it’s applicable to Celtic’s leaked alternative kit for the 2016/17 season.
Reliable football strip website FootyHeadlines.com, who were spot on with their leak of the new Manchester United home kit, gave us a sneak peek at the new-look pink kit a little while ago, but they’ve since unveiled the entire kit to the world and it’s very eye-catching.
The jersey is neon pink with horizontal stripes of a slightly quieter shade of pink. It has a jet-black collar, with a pink crest and black trimming.
While third kits are rarely seen on the pitch because of those pesky home and away kits taking priority, if this is the design Celtic are going for, it will certainly be seen when the team actually does wear it.
