Yellow is back
Crystal Palace revealed a new, third kit this afternoon ahead of their match away to Huddersfield.
The Eagles’ home kit features blue, while their away shirt is predominantly white – Huddersfield’s colours. And thus, neither could be worn this afternoon.
What better time then, to reveal the return of the yellow away shirt, last seen in 2016/17 during the club’s Macron era. That season, the kit featured a diagonal sash, while this one features a red and blue stripe through the middle, as well as a fade.

Many of Palace’s iconic moments in their history have come in yellow; promotion in 2004, winning a play-off semi-final in 2013, away wins to Liverpool and Chelsea in the Premier League, to name a few from recent times.
Wilfried Zaha and co. will be hoping to create similarly magical moments for their fans in the new yellow number, created by Puma, this season.
