Eddie certainly stood his ground
Eddie Hearn was involved in a heated exchange with a fan who was shouting abuse at him following Anthony Joshua’s defeat against Oleksandr Usyk.
The British boxing promoter was walking down the ramp towards the changing rooms alongside Joshua and the rest of his team when someone in the crowd began to shout insults at him.
Although the exact words shouted at Hearn are unclear, it does appear that the fan shouts: “Eddie you p**sy”.
Hearn was quick to turn around and confront the fan, repeatedly asking: “What did you say?”.
After not receiving a response from the fan in question, the Chairman of Matchroom Sport then said: “You’ve s**t yourself now you little p**sy”.
The 42-year-old then walked off and headed towards Joshua’s changing room.

The incident followed a disappointing night for ‘AJ’, after suffering defeat on points to Ukrainian cruiserweight Oleksandr Usyk.
Despite taking the fight to all 12 rounds and ultimately to a judge’s call, ‘AJ’ looked less than comfortable against the measured and scientific approach of his opponent and was completely rocked by a thunderous left hand from Usyk in round three.
However, Joshua has vowed to ‘bounce back’ by reviewing the changes that he needs to make in preparation for a rematch against Usyk.
“If it went well then it would have been perfect but it didn’t so I can’t really look at it and have any regrets,” stated Joshua.
“What I’m happy about is I can go again and I’ve got a chance of becoming heavyweight champion of the world again. Only positives from here moving forward, I’ve had enough of looking at things from a negative point of view.
“I’m not a weak person. I’m not a sulker. I’m not going to go home [and] cry about it because this is war.
“It’s a long process. This isn’t just one fight and I’m done, I’ve got an opportunity to go back to the drawing board.”
