England are going big in the search for Roy Hodgson’s successor

Euro 2016 qualification might have been wrapped up, but England are already looking at replacements for manager Roy Hodgson.

There are no half-measures, either, with Champions League winner Pep Guardiola emerging as the main candidate.

According to The Sun, England are prepared to offer the Bayern Munich boss £10m a year, but will wait until after the Euros to see whether the team succeeds or fails.

Guardiola is out of contract in the summer, and is yet to give much away about his next destination.

It could be the case that, after winning everything as a club manager, he opts to take his first international job in 2016.
