First Arsenal Fan TV meltdown of the season proves one thing beyond any doubt

They're not f***ing happy

Robert Redmond

That didn’t take long.

After 80 minutes of Arsenal’s opening Premier League of the season, the entire internet made a mental note to check Arsenal Fan TV. The Gunners were trailing Leicester City 3-2 and there’s nothing like a loss in the first fixture of the season to spark a meltdown among the contributors to the popular YouTube channel.

Well, except a 5-1 hammering against Bayern Munich.

However, Arsenal scored two late goals, winning the game 4-3 and the meltdown was delayed, but not for long.

The Gunners lost away to Stoke City on Saturday, with Jese Rodriguez scoring the only goal of the game. The same old Arsenal failings were on show. Mesut Ozil didn’t impose himself on the game, Granit Xhaka was Granit Xhaka and Arsene Wenger’s side couldn’t capitalise on their dominance of possession.

Alexandre Lacazette had a goal ruled out after the officials deemed he was marginally offside. But, otherwise, Arsenal can have no complaints as they fell to a defeat that we’ve seen so many time from Wenger’s side in recent seasons.

Over on Arsenal Fan TV, regular contributors Ty and Claude clashed, and proved that nothing ever changes for Arsenal.

Claude wants Arsenal to “buy some f****** players” and Ty stressed that he thought before the game that Arsenal would win, but it wouldn’t be an “easy win.” There was also an awful lot of swearing.

You watch it here:

The Doomsday Clock is at two and a half minutes to midnight, the closest the world has been to nuclear destruction since the early 1980s, when Cold War tension ratcheted to perilously high levels. The Bulletin of Atomic Scientists warn:

“The probability of global catastrophe is very high, and the actions needed to reduce the risks of disaster must be taken very soon.”

However, nothing changes for Arsenal and one feels even after the impending nuclear holocaust, Claude and Ty will still be arguing about whether Rob Holding should start.

And Troopz will continue to say “blud” and “fam” a lot, because nothing ever changes for Arsenal.
