Both the men’s and women’s team will wear the jersey
Arsenal’s men and women’s team will wear a special edition, gender-neutral pre-match jersey designed by Stella McCartney over the course of their next two games.
The range has been designed to celebrate the club’s women’s side as McCartney paired up with adidas and the club to create 10 styles of gender-neutral clothing.
Among the designs is a shirt, full-zip hoodie, leggings and t-shirts which feature a blue and red colourway, as well as a giant leopard graphic, which is a design associated with the McCartney brand.

Arsenal’s women’s team will wear the pre-match jersey in the warm-up of their Champions League quarter-final tie against Wolfsburg.
Miedema says she ‘can’t wait to wear the pre-match jersey’
Vivianne Miedema, the key player in the women’s squad, admitted she was excited to wear the new kit and promote the slick-looking designs.
“It’s great to have a collection created for our team, and even more so that Stella McCartney has designed it,” she said.
“The designs are amazing, and I can’t wait to wear the pre-match jersey on the pitch as we get into such an important time in the season.”
Mikel Arteta’s squad will also wear the same jersey ahead of their game against Crystal Palace on April 4 – the first game after the current international break.
Stella McCartney is ‘excited to continue their journey into the world of football’
This collection is not the first example of McCartney building on her already established fashion brand by moving into the world of football, having already designed the world’s first vegan football boot.
