The game has fallen victim to the weather.
Burnley’s game at home to Tottenham Hotspur has been postponed due to the snowy conditions at Turf Moor on Sunday afternoon.
The weather has seen the pitch covered in snow and despite the best efforts of the groundsmen, the pitch wasn’t deemed suitable enough to play on and was called off just 45 minutes before kick off.

It now adds another fixture to both side’s already-hectic schedule and will come as a big disappointment for fans who managed to battle the conditions and arrive at Turf Moor.
It just had to involve Burnley, didn’t it? pic.twitter.com/cSMGacaYHp

Before the game players and staff could be seen observing the state of pitch with Sean Dyche braving the weather with a shirt and no coat in site.
Just put a coat on, Sean. 🤷♂️

A new date for the game will be rearranged accordingly, but none of the other Premier League fixtures taking place this weekend have been affected by the conditions.
