The 21-year-old first made his name playing in the Italian fourth tier for Folgore Caratese last year, before moving to Portugal to join Academica.
Despite his move, the youngster is rumoured to be taking time away from football and reportedly flew back in order to sit his school exams in January, but when he was due to report back for training at his club, he failed to do so.
Publication Zerozero, via AS, have reported that officials at the club and his teammates are yet to hear from Issac, despite the forward still being under contract at Academica.

The club’s current under-23 coach, Miguel Carvalho, has admitted that he isn’t sure when the youngster will return to the club.
“He left and we don’t know if he’ll come back,” he said.
“It’s a shame to be a bit settled because the quality is there.
“We agreed on a return date and he didn’t show up. We haven’t heard anything more about him.
“I met a good boy. The difference is that he didn’t need to work to earn money at a higher level.
“I met many footballers and the ones who really want are the ones who fight.
“In January he said goodbye to us, he said he was going to spend the weekend in France with his family and he didn’t come back.
“Honestly, I don’t even know if he’s going to come back.”
