Former Tottenham and Wolves manager Nuno Espírito Santo has been sacked as manager of Al Ittihad after reportedly clashing with Karim Benzema.
Al Ittihad were knocked out of their AFC Champions League group by Al-Quwa Al-Juwiya after failing to win any of their last five league matches.
The Saudi Pro League invested heavily in their side this summer, adding the likes of N’Golo Kante, ex-Celtic winger Jota and Fabinho alongside Benzema.
Despite their array of talent, Nuno has overseen just two wins from their last nine games across all competitions.

Revelo reported that tempers flared between Nuno and Benzema in the dressing after their AFC Champions League exit.
Further reports have suggested that the club may look to bring in a French manager to appease Benzema with ex-Lyon boss Laurent Blanc one of those in contention.
Zinedine Zidane has also be linked however that one looks more than unlikely to happen.
