Let’s face it, the Premier League season, no matter how much television companies try and spin it, is as good as over.
Manchester City are champions, we already pretty much know who’s going to finish in the top four and, at the other end of the table, the relegation picture is looking clearer with every passing day. It’s only natural that some of us already have an eye on next season…
With that in mind, fans of Premier League clubs are left to get excited about other slightly less important stuff. Y’know: transfers that probably won’t happen, and kits. Lovely, new kits.
In City’s case, we’d already seen pictures of their away kit for 2018/19. Now, thanks to website Esvaphane, we also appear to have confirmation of their new home shirt.
Made by Nike, the blue shirt – ‘Field Blue’, for those who care – appears to come with a rounded V-neck, complete with a navy trim. The Nike swoosh and main sponsor are also in navy with the shirt seemingly using the new Vapor template.
The away shirt, seen in the tweet below, also appears to use a similar template. A dark navy colour, the shirt also features vertical light blue and luminous yellow pinstripes.
