Manchester United have signed Phil Neville’s son to their academy.
Harvey Neville has confirmed that he’s agreed a deal to move to United from La Liga side Valencia, posting a photograph to Instagram of him signing a contract on Tuesday morning.
On his 16th birthday, Neville revealed that he’s rejoined the club he represented as a kid, writing:Â “I am proud and excited to have signed for the club I have supported my whole life.”
Neville spent some time with United before he moved to Manchester City, where he won the Premier League International Tournament with City’s U13s, before joining dad, Phil, at Valencia when he was made assistant manager.

The youngster remained in Spain after his father left Valencia but he will now return to England in the hope of making it at Old Trafford.
The winger has been compared to David Beckham, another Class of ’92 alumnus, due to his impressive delivery from wide positions, which earned him some praise from Beckham himself last September.
Both Phil and Harvey’s uncle, Gary Neville, have congratulated the teenager on the move of his dreams.
“Proud of you Harvey Neville, go follow your dreams,” Phil said in a post of his own.
