Three people were removed from the flight.
Following Celtic’s 3-2 victory over Rangers in Sunday’s Old Firm Derby, Celtic’s Scott Sinclair was involved in an incident at Glasgow airport.
Sinclair was in the BA lounge when he came under fire from three individuals, who verbally abused the winger. Police were called, and the three involved were from their flight, and the airport. Sinclair was then able to continue his journey.
A Glasgow Airport spokesman told The Daily Record:
I can confirm there was an incident in the BA lounge. Three individuals were removed from the flight and the airport by the police.
Scott Sinclair was an unused substitute in the game against Rangers, with Tom Rogic, Moussa Dembele and Odsonne Edouard scoring for Celtic.
