He may take the odd panning from the Spanish press once in a while, but all in all, Gareth Bale’s had a good few years.
Before leaving for Spain, he became PFA Player of the Year for his efforts in a Tottenham shirt in 2013.
He scored a crucial goal on the way to sealing La Decima at the end of his first season at Real Madrid, and this year he played a crucial role in Welsh qualification for Euro 2016.
Just as we were starting to wonder what else 2016Â would hold in store for Bale, he goes and unveils his very own logo.
With some claiming to depict the ’11 of hearts’ he trademarked a couple of years back, it’s made waves on Twitter, with early indications suggesting it’s not gone down too well.
Here’s a sample of the reaction:

What is the world coming to when even Gareth Bale can have a brand logo?

I fully expect this weeks PMQ's to deal with the Gareth Bale travesty.
