Sun in the eyes
The Brandywell in Derry has seen some magic moments over the years, but most of the home fans would have been happier not seeing this.
Northern Ireland Football League Irish Premiership side Glentoran took the lead over hosts Institute on Saturday when their goalkeeper, Elliott Morris, scored from a free-kick from inside his own half.
It was 10 minutes into the game and Morris sought to pump the ball up to the Glentoran forwards. Only he could tell you whether he spotted Martin Gallagher way off his goal-line.
As it was, Morris launched it and his kick, from all of 80 yards out, deceived the back-pedalling Gallagher to put his side 1-0 up.
The goalie set off up the sideline, wheeling his arms in celebration, before being chased down by his delirious teammates.
The last goalkeeper to score in the Premiership was @johnconnoly18 who converted an 83rd minute penalty for @cliftonvillefc against @OfficialBlues at Solitude on 10th Dec 2010 #DanskeBankPrem #BBCIrishPrem

That low-lying January sun can be a killer.
