Harry Kane has scored against Arsenal again.
The Tottenham striker got the only goal at Wembley to give his side victory over their north London rivals. Kane rose above the Arsenal defence to power home a header after 49 minutes, connecting perfectly with Ben Davies’ cross and leaving Petr Cech with no chance.
It was his seventh goal in seven games against the Gunners, and the win leaves Spurs seven points clear of Arsene Wenger’s side.

The result also leaves a serious dent in Arsenal’s hopes of finishing in the top four, and gave the bragging rights to the white side of north London.
Before the match, broadcaster and Arsenal fan Piers Morgan tempted fate with a tweet to Kane. The England forward had scored 92 goals in 117 matches before Saturday’s tie at Wembley, while Arsenal striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang had netted 100 goals in his previous 117 games.
Morgan tweeted a graphic of this statistic, tagged both players, and wrote:
“Can’t wait to see the best striker in Europe tomorrow.”

Morgan’s tweet backfired, and Kane had a nice reply to the Arsenal supporter.

Morgan took it well, aware that it’s just football and not worth getting too stressed over.
Can you just go to Spain, please? https://t.co/Y0t3h5DpJB

27pts off the League leaders by Feb 10.
Wenger's worst ever season, beating last season which was his previous worst ever season.
What more does he have to do to get fired? pic.twitter.com/HWbpMrF76a— Piers Morgan (@piersmorgan) February 10, 2018
The only crumb of comfort is that Spurs haven't won the League in my lifetime, and won't. https://t.co/u3VRjNKEtW

It’s worse than that.. he’s started feeling sorry for me. That’s how low Arsenal have sunk under Wenger – the man you continue to say is the best manager in a League he hasn’t won for 14yrs. https://t.co/bNlGrCw2Ic
