Chris Sutton doesn’t need to be asked twice to take a pop at anyone associated with Rangers.
If you give the former Celtic forward a sniff of a reason to criticise the Gers, he will seize it with both hands.
Since hanging up his boots, Sutton has made a happy habit out of ridiculing his former employer’s Old Firm rivals on a regular basis.
In fact, Sutton has almost made it his life’s work to do so.

When he’s celebrating the Hoops’ trophies, he mentions Rangers. When Celtic are drawn against their Glasgow foes in cup competitions, it makes Sutton’s day. The former forward even loves it when others get in on the act of Rangers bashing.
So when Rangers’ current manager Pedro Caixinha got himself embroiled in a public spat with Aberdeen boss Derek McInnes last week, Sutton couldn’t wait to get involved.
Former teammate Neil Lennon had already dived headfirst into the argument but Sutton had some gold reserved when asked for his take while on punditry duty for BT Sport.
Who would have thought that Lennon had anything bad to say about Rangers https://t.co/9los5xuHIB

Having listened to Caixinha claim that Aberdeen’s “cycle” would be coming to an end soon, Sutton held nothing back as he slammed the man in the Ibrox hot seat.
“Rangers are doomed under Pedro,” Sutton said.

“Pedro has had verbal diarrhoea this week.Â
“Are they better off under him?”
