If you speak to most Liverpool fans about Jurgen Klopp they’ll have one thing to say: “If only we’d had him since August.”
That might seem on the surface like supporters getting overexcited by a charismatic new arrival, but the stats suggest they might be on to something.
The sample size might be small, but Klopp’s win rate this season is more than double that of predecessor Brendan Rodgers in the same number of games, while the Reds have scored almost twice as many goals.
Now, whether that’s a sign of Klopp being the messiah or Rodgers being incredibly poor is another matter altogether.
Let’s look at the positives though, hey?
