Although it’s far from certain that Jose Mourinho will be Manchester United manager next season, there’s a hell of a lot of smoke for there to be no fire.
Although Louis van Gaal might appear to have survived the abysmal run of form United went through in January, stories linking Mourinho with his job are relentless.
A matter of hours after several British papers ran the same story that the former Chelsea boss had told friends that he was Old Trafford bound, Italian reporter Gianluca Di Marzio has also suggested that the deal to take Mourinho to Manchester will happen.
Having been asked about it on Twitter, the Sky Italy journalist replied by claiming that Mourinho will indeed take charge of United after Louis van Gaal.
@himoznona i just told few days ago, i know he'll be the next manager
