James McClean is determined to have the last word/post.
The West Brom midfielder took exception to a weekend tweet from Sunderland defender Lamine Kone which suggested he had been tamed during a league encounter.
McClean responded with this post…

… but that was just the beginning.
The Derry native had a busy 48 hours on social media before, last night, attempting to settle the issue once and for all.
Accompanying a picture of himself walking into Sunderland’s Stadium of Light, with home fans in the background, McClean wrote:
‘That face you make when you have more prem goals than the guy trying to mug you off has in prem appearances, wins and teeth the whole of sunderland have combined ?? good night godbless.’
At present, there is no Premier League player like James McClean. Courting controversy and thriving on it.
