Who could have predicted The Inbetweeners would play such a big role on fight week?
Team Hayemaker’s Adam Moralee made headlines on Monday, when he took to the podium to deliver one of the most cringeworthy speeches in boxing history.
Moralee was compared to Will McKenzie from the Inbetweeners after his bizarre call to action fell flat in Liverpool.
Tony Bellew laughed his way through Moralee’s address and the clip quickly went viral.

Matchroom promoter Eddie Hearn did his best Will impression to take the mick out of Moralee, a lawyer by trade, and the theme has continued throughout the week.

On Thursday, Bellew and David Haye took part in their final press conference ahead of their grudge rematch on Saturday night.
It was a largely tense event but the tension was punctured when James Buckley, who played Jay Cartwright in the popular sitcom, rushed the stage.
Buckley opened up his briefcase and handed over some Will-esque glasses to Moralee before challenging Bellew to a fight.
‘Bomber’ was clearly thrown by the interruption but, credit to the Liverpool heavyweight, he had a terrific response as he referred to Buckley as “a briefcase wanker” as he re-took his seat, a hilarious reference to the famous “bus wankers” line from the show.
