England goalkeeper Joe Hart is the biggest absentee from the Manchester City team to face Tottenham in the Premier League’s early kickoff.
Willy Caballero keeps his place after starting in the League Cup victory over Sunderland, though Hart’s spot on the bench is rumoured to be fitness-related rather than a reflection on his performance in the home defeat to West Ham.
Jesus Navas has also been left out after City’s first league defeat of the campaign, while Martin Demichelis replaces the injured Eliaquim Mangala.
Spurs have made several changes from the team that lost to Arsenal in midweek, with the likes of Son Heung-Min, Jan Vertonghen and Erik Lamela all returning.
