Another day, another Jose moan
Jose Mourinho has taken aim at another journalist, branding the reporter as ‘not intelligent’ when he asked him about his time at Roma.
During a press conference prior to Roma’s away tie at Venezia on Sunday – a game which Roma lost – a reporter questioned whether the self-proclaimed ‘Special One’ would change anything about his first six months at the helm, a question that Mourinho wasn’t too happy about.
Maro Juric, a journalist for Sky Sports Italia, Gianluca Di Marzio’s website and Radio Sport, asked the 58-year-old: “It’s been six months since you signed for Roma, would you change anything that you’ve done in terms of choices, statements, requests or anything that you’ve done?

A frustrated Mourinho responded: “You are here in practically every press conference, but either you are very intelligent and you want people to think you are not or you are not intelligent at all. I want to think you’re intelligent but you like to do what you do.”
Following the altercation, the former Chelsea and Spurs manager got up to leave his press conference, ending the session on a sour note.
The back-and-fourth outburst came just days after Mourinho clashed with Norwegian reporter Jan Age Fjortoft after Roma’s Europa Conference League draw at home to Bodo/Glimt on Thursday night.
The Portuguese coach was furious that his team were not awarded two penalties in the Stadio Olimpico clash.
“Look, the referee has to explain but they don’t speak,” Mourinho said when asked to explain his feelings on the game.

Mourinho was then asked what exactly the referee did wrong, to which he replied: “Did you watch the game?”
“Yes, of course,” Fjortoft – a former Swindon and Middlesbrough player – replied, “But I want it from you. What did you see from your point of view?”
The Special One continued to push the reporter for a response, but Fjortoft insisted: “I want to hear the from the Roma coach.”
I Giallorossi suffered their fourth defeat in seven games on Sunday (7 November) when they lost 3-2 to Serie A strugglers Venezia.
