He’s barely out the door at Chelsea and Jose Mourinho has already started cosying up to other English clubs.
The Portuguese boss spent the early afternoon on the south coast, watching Middlesbrough beat Brighton 3-0 to go top of the Championship, before personally congratulating the Boro players.
Cristhian Stuani, who scored the third goal, posted a picture with the former Chelsea boss, who many hope is poised for a return to management with Manchester United.
Mourinho, of course, has many friends in the north east. Boro boss Aitor Karanka was his assistant at Real Madrid, while defender Tomas Kalas was loaned to the second-tier club by Mourinho before he left Stamford Bridge.
