Despite fan protests and an interested buyer, the Kroenke family hold firm
The Kroenke family have issued a statement confirming they have no intention of selling Arsenal Football Club following fan protests and media speculation around a potential buyer.
Following the collapse of the Super League, which Arsenal had intended to take part in, disgruntled fans gathered outside
the Emirates last Friday, calling on Kroenke to sell the club he appears to have little interest in running successfully.
"Stand up if you hate Kroenke!"

Since then, Spotify founder and Arsenal fan Daniel Elk publicly stated that he was interested in buying the club from the Kroenke family, tweeting that “if KSE would like to sell Arsenal I’d be happy to throw my hat in the ring.”
Whether swapping one billionaire for another billionaire would solve football’s deep-rooted problems is a debate for another day (it wouldn’t).
But despite the noise around the club in the past week, the American family have said they “remain 100 per cent committed to Arsenal.”
A joint statement from Stan and Josh read: “In recent days we have noted media speculation regarding a potential takeover bid for Arsenal Football Club.
“We remain 100 per cent committed to Arsenal and are not selling any stake in the club. We have not received any offer and we will not entertain any offer.
“Our ambition for Arsenal remains to compete to win the biggest trophies in the game and our focus remains on improving our competitiveness on the pitch to achieve this.”
