They’re over the moon.
Usually fans are up in arms when an opposition player goes unpunished for a foul but that’s not the case when the player in question is Marouane Fellaini.
Many expected the Manchester United midfielder to face a suspension after appearing to strike Liverpool’s Emre Can with an elbow during the first leg of their Europa League round of 16 tie at Anfield.
But it emerged on Monday morning that there will be no retrospective action taken against the Belgian, meaning he will be free to start in the return leg at Old Trafford on Thursday.
Having been ineffective last week, Fellaini’s likely presence in the United team is actually being celebrated by Reds fans.

Should actually be happy Fellaini isn't banned though. Man is more likely to give us the win tbh.

What's great about Fellaini not getting banned is that he'll start in midfield with United going forward to score. It'll be glorious
