“An intense clash at the Tony Macaroni Arena!”
It doesn’t sound right and it never will.
Livingston have officially renamed their ground and it’s bloody awful as the Scottish Championship side have joined forces with Italian restaurant Tony Macaroni for an overhaul on their stadium name.
What was once called Almondvale is now a whole lot more ridiculous as the West Lothian club have moved on from The Energy Assets Arena which is what the ground was referred to as during the 2014/15 season.
Livingston fans weren’t happy with the new name.
@LiviFCOfficial had a word with whoever named the stadium "Tony Macaroni Arena". What an absolute embarrassment.
