Old Trafford hasn’t exactly been the most exciting stadium in football this season.
Manchester United once again failed to score in the first half during their FA Cup third round win over Sheffield United, with the Theatre of Dreams moniker taking on a different meaning with fans falling asleep.

Many fans ended up missing the only goal of the game after they left the stadium before Wayne Rooney’s 93rd-minute penalty, but Louis van Gaal isn’t too worried about supporters not enjoying watching the team play.
When quizzed on the issue of fans leaving early, the Dutchman suggested that people might just be looking to beat the traffic on the way home.
“Maybe [because] we haven’t scored. Maybe the traffic,” he said. “There are many reasons why someone might leave early.
“When I was looking at matches to analyse an opponent, I have done that also – I leave the stadium five minutes before. You never know what the reason is. You can be very negative. But we are in the next round.”
