Yes it really happened.
Manchester United slumped out of the Champions League, despite on paper having a pretty straight-forward group to navigate. There was a level of spirit and attacking intent in the 3-2 defeat to Wolfsburg, but it was too little too late.
United fans woke up with sore heads and broken hearts on Wednesday morning, and had different of coping with their European humiliation.
N was still in shock…

Nev resigned…
I think if we're honest we have to admit that we are Europa League, rather than Champions League level this season anyway. Look at the squad

Pilib looked to next month’s transfer window….
United need to buy January 1st not the last day of the window. They need signings to add depth right away.

Dan wasn’t having any of the Moyes crap…
The worst thing about United these days is the shocking revisionism of the Moyes era that is triggered by results like last night.

And Dipsmufc wasn’t impressed with talk of Giggs…
You lot are living in some fairy tale land if you think Giggs should take over.

There was pessimism about the future…
The Glazers won't get rid of LVG anyway. All too happy to sit on the champions league money as long as we finish in the top 4 every season.

And a rare voice of optimism…
Watched a team play wih youth, pace, purpose, intent and some local lads last night. And we gave it a go. #MUFC
