Louis van Gaal’s army marched on in the FA Cup with a 3-1 victory at Derby but there were still some signs of the Dutch man’s chains.
It seems though that the pressure from the stands is finally telling as United played a more direct style on their way to a fourth-round win.
And we don’t just mean the jeers or the chants, as the crowd brought banners to spell out for Van Gaal exactly what they want from the team.
It just so happens, coincidentally, that it rhymes with what he doesn’t want to happen to him.
