The Football Association have charged Manchester City defender over alleged betting offences.
The 35-year-old Argentine is accused of committing 12 breaches which relate to football matches played between January 22 and 28 this year.
Demichelis, who was recently substituted in the derby defeat to Manchester United has until 5:00 PM on April 5 to respond to the charge.
