He has been fined £20,000
Neil Warnock has been fined £20,000 by the FA for his comments about Premier League for his comments on Premier League officiating after Cardiff City’s 2-1 loss to Chelsea in late March.
The Cardiff boss was incensed after the match that Chelsea won after Cesar Azpilicueta’s equaliser was allowed despite the Spaniard being a considerable distance offside.
Ruben Loftus-Cheek then scored a late winner than sent Warnock into meltdown. The veteran manager could not refrain from criticising the levels of officiating in England, saying it is the “worst in the world.”

“[It’s] the best league in the world and probably the worst officials at the minute,” Warnock said.
“They don’t understand what’s at stake,” he added.
