And PSG’s Neymar usually handles defeats so maturely…
Neymar has blasted the officials for awarding a late penalty to Manchester United in Wednesday night’s Champions League round of 16 clash with Paris Saint-Germain.
The penalty, which was given after a lengthy VAR review of a contentious Presnel Kimpembe handball in the box, was converted by Marcus Rashford in stoppage time to hand United a third away goal on the night and send the Premier League side through to the quarter-finals.
Neymar watched the majority of the game from the stands but ventured down to the sidelines in the final moments and he has torn into referee Damir Skomina and his assistants for the penalty decision.

“This is a disgrace,” Neymar wrote on an Instagram story, as translated by Sky Sports. “They put four people that know nothing about football in charge of looking at the replay for VAR.
“There is no penalty. How can it be a handball when it hits his back! Go fuck yourselves!”
Neymar, who missed the game through injury, has a tendency to take defeats badly and his manager, Thomas Tuchel, discussed the Brazilian’s infamously fiery attitude after the game.
“Of course it’s a strong reaction, he was at the field,” Tuchel said of Neymar’s response. “Sometimes after a big fight you use words and reaction emotionally that you take back some hours later.
“He wanted to come back with us in the quarter-finals and he’s been biting his nails at every game we’ve played, so don’t be too hard with him. I wouldn’t over-interpret the use of his words. In the heat of the moment, it’s quickly typed into a smart phone.”
