If you thought Manchester United paid out a lot to Jorge Mendes in seasons past, you might want to sit down before looking at Mino Raiola’s potential earnings from the club.
The Italian-born Dutchman is set to earn around 20% of the proposed £100m+ transfer of Paul Pogba from Juventus, while he also represents United’s new signings Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Henrikh Mkhitaryan.
That’s double the club’s outlay on agents’ fees in the 2015/16 campaign, and when you throw in his cut of the Ibrahimovic and Mkhitaryan deals Raiola could well be making more than half of the £46.6m spent by every Premier League club combined last season.
Perhaps this explains why there is a reported dispute between United and Juventus over Raiola’s fee.
Raiola stands to bag around £18 million from United. His first tweet in 46 days suggests he's keen to move this one along.

With two deals taken care of and another much bigger one seemingly imminent, one could be forgiven for assuming Raiola might sit back and count his money over the rest of the summer.
That seems unlikely, though. He also represents a certain Mario Balotelli, who is almost certainly set for a move away from Liverpool, while a couple more of his higher-profile talents have been linked with moves during the current transfer window.
The prospect of Romelu Lukaku returning to Chelsea has been floated for a while now, while Blaise Matuidi could be set for a move away from current club Paris Saint-Germain.
