Another day goes by, another embarrassing stunt by Arsenal fans.
A small number of Arsenal fans have used this weekend’s match against Norwich to protest against the manager who has given 20 years of his life to the club, and within that time has won Premier League titles, FA Cup titles, transitioned them to an expensive new stadium, and has seen them become stalwarts of the Champions League.
Arsene Wenger’s recent years at the club haven’t exactly been a resounding success, but in modern football, you need to be careful what you wish for, and some Arsenal fans are clearly wishing for an end to the reign of one of the Premier League’s most successful managers.
While fans reserve the right to protest, people have pointed out that some of the banners come across as disrespectful and rude – given the impact Wenger has made in north London.
This man must be proud he managed to get his incredibly clever and thoughtful A4 home-printed banner onto TV screens.

It’s a shame you can’t see his face, because clearly they should just put him in charge.
But it’s important to point out not all Arsenal fans feel the same, some fans are ashamed of those belittling Wenger.

It comes just two weeks after this photograph was taken at the Emirates. Arsenal truly are a club in crisis.
