New Valencia assistant boss Phil Neville tried…but failed quite spectacularly.
He wanted to let his Twitter followers know he’d been out for a run on the beach…but the Lancastrian’s Spanish wasn’t quite up to scratch.
What he tweeted got a little lost in translation (we mean a lot).
Unfortunately for Neville “corrida” can mean both “run” and, well, an altogether more vigorous form of exercise.
Let’s hope he keeps his “morning run” to himself in future.
