Chelsea fans have shown their support for Jose Mourinho ahead of their first game since his departure.
Ahead of their game against fellow strugglers Sunderland at Stamford Bridge, the following banner – pledging support to the club’s former manager – was seen draped from one of the stands.

On the day that the club confirmed that Guus Hiddink would take over as the club’s interim manager until the end of the season, Mourinho was spotted attending Middlesbrough’s clash with Brighton in the Championship.
