Nearly two decades have passed since Frank Bruno’s last competitive fight, but the former world heavyweight champ has continued to take care of himself.
The 54-year-old former boxer, who bowed out of the sport in March 1996, was pictured looking absolutely shredded after a sparring session with fellow retiree Ricky Hatton.

Hatton, who left boxing in 2012, shared a photo of the pair on his Facebook page. Dare we say Frank’s looking better than Ricky himself?
