Arsenal’s Champions League fate will be decided in their final group stage match after they cruised to victory over Dinamo Zagreb on Tuesday.
With the Gunners easing to a 3-0 win, Bayern Munich’s victory over Olimpiakos in Germany means qualification is back in Arsenal’s hands.
Here are the player ratings from a comfortable night at the Emirates:
Petr Cech – 6
Could have sat in the stand for the duration of the first half. Smart reflex save with 20 minutes to go but otherwise a straightforward night.
Hector Bellerin – 7
Little to do defensively, got forward at will.
Per Mertesacker – 6
A comfortable evening for the German, much to his relief after Saturday’s defeat at West Brom.
Laurent Koscielny – 7
Little to do but was on hand to read and intercept a couple of Dinamo through-balls in the second half.
Nacho Monreal – 6
Set up the second but picked up a silly yellow card in the second half with a needless challenge.
Mathieu Flamini – 7
Broke things up in midfield and helped nullify any threat of a counter-attack.
Santi Cazorla – 7
Comfortable evening and looked typically at ease in possession. Didn’t have to take any penalties.
Joel Campbell – 8
Perfect through-ball for the third and linked up well with other attacking players. One of his better performances for the club.
Mesut Ozil -9
Stepped up with goal and classy performance – especially in the first half. Nearly nodded home his second late on.
Alexis Sanchez – 9
Constantly a threat. Assisted the opener and ended a mini goal drought with a double.
Olivier Giroud – 5
Instinctive run made space for Ozil’s opener. Did very little with the ball.
Substitutes
Aaron Ramsey – 6
Returned from hamstring injury and looked comfortable.
Calum Chambers – 6
On for the last ten minutes.
Mathieu Debuchy – 6
On for the last ten minutes.
