Paul Pogba’s having the time of his life
Having played a starring role in France’s World Cup triumph in Moscow on Sunday afternoon, the Manchester United midfielder led the celebrations back in Paris 24 hours later, where he serenaded teammate, N’Golo Kante.
Having returned to Paris’ Charles de Gaulle Airport earlier in the afternoon, the French team gathered at Elysee Palace on Monday, where President Emmanuel Macron hosted a reception for them.
Grabbing the microphone, Pogba set about singing a song in recognition of Kante, with Didier Deschamps, his teammates and many of the fans there in attendance quickly joining in.

Pogba scored the third goal in the final, which France eventually won 4-2. They took the lead through a Mario Mandzukic own-goal with nearly 20 minutes played, only for Ivan Perisic to equalise within ten minutes.
Les Bleus’ lead was restored shortly before half-time from a controversially awarded penalty. After consulting VAR the referee decided Perisic had handled the ball intentionally, allowing Antoine Griezmann to score from the spot.
After Pogba’s goal, Kylian Mbappe put the result beyond doubt, although Hugo Lloris did gift Mandzukic a goal at the right end before the full-time whistle.
