Nothing was going to rain on Arsenal’s parade, despite what the weather reports said.
The Gunners’ victory bus took to the streets of North London following a comprehensive FA Cup final victory over Aston Villa, with thousands of fans joining the celebrations.

Onlookers cheered the name of Theo Walcott, who opened the scoring at Wembley, while the entire squad soaked up the atmosphere.

Supporters were out in force for the second year running, after goals from Walcott, Alexis Sanchez, Per Mertesacker and Olivier Giroud helped see off the challenge of Aston Villa.
They waited patiently for the main event, as Mertesacker was joined by club captain Mikel Arteta to lift the FA Cup trophy.

“We have bigger ambitions and I think we have the quality and everything needed to go bigger and bigger,” Arteta told Arsenal.com.
As the parade passed by the Emirates Stadium the crowd were in full voice to mark a record 12th FA Cup trophy.
