Bad connection or peeved with yet another personal question?

Selling 70,000 tickets for a fight is about as far from easy as you can get. Ronda Rousey is aiming to create a UFC fight attendance record when she takes on Holly Holm next month.

Rowdy will defend her bantamweight title at UFC 193 and is currently engaged on the PR drive to end all PR drives.

In the past month, she has appeared on the cover of numerous magazines, was interviewed by Ellen Degeneres and, last Sunday, showed up on NFL on FOX.

Last night, Rousey was part of a 50-minute conference call along with Holm and Valerie Letourneau, who will dice with Joanna Jedrzejczyk at the same UFC event.

Rousey only lasted four minutes into the conference call, however.

After Holm opened up the Q&A with her take on Rousey potentially pursuing a boxing career, Rousey was asked [6:30 into the video below] about her relationship with fellow MMA star Travis Browne:

Q: “Ronda, I know you’ve been trying to focus mentally about stuff that is happening inside the Octagon, but recently, Travis Browne announced that you were in a relationship. Were you okay with announcing that? Were you cool with that?”

There was no response from the end of Rousey’s line.

After a period of silence, a UFC rep informed journalists that her line had been disconnected. Still, for the remaining 41 minutes of the call Rousey was AWOL.
