Chilwell is currently out injured
The RSPCA has responded after a video emerged of Chelsea defender Ben Chilwell engaging in a tug of war with a tiger at a theme park in Florida.
As reported by the Daily Mail, Chilwell, who is currently out of action with a knee injury, was captured on social media tossing with the tiger, who had the meat-covered rope clamped between its teeth.
Where did the tug of war take place?
It is unclear where the tug of war took place, but it is thought that it occurred while the England left-back on holiday in the US.

A source, who shared the video with The Sun, condemned Chilwell’s actions, saying: “It’s animal abuse. They’re not treating the tiger with respect. It’s just fun to them.”
RSPCA says the incident does not ‘promote respect for these wild animals’
An RSPCA spokesperson also announced that the organisation does not condone the footballer’s actions.
“We don’t feel this activity promotes respect for these wild animals and should not be marketed for public entertainment,’ the statement said.
“Zoos often state that their aim is to educate the public… there are many alternative ways of doing this.”
The ‘Tiger Tug’ has been a popular attraction at the aforementioned zoo for several years, with people able to test their strength against an animal thought to weigh around 20 stone.
Chilwell has been out of action since November after suffering a knee injury, having made just 12 appearances in all competitions this season.
The Blues declined to comment on the incident, according to The Sun, and also refused to speculate whether the left-back’s tug of war could have hindered his road to recovery.
