Rubbish Paul Pogba inadvertently scores with disgustingly overhit pass

How fortuitous

Simon Lloyd

With a handful of games now under his belt this season, the internet’s many, many football experts have had ample opportunity to establish that Paul Pogba, the world’s most expensive footballer, is completely overrated and absolutely rubbish.

So, now that they’ve established that he’s no better than the kid that was always picked last in your playground kick-abouts at primary school, let’s have a look at how the 23-year-old once again made a fool of himself during France’s World Cup qualifier with Holland on Monday evening.

Pogba started the match in midfield, and inadvertently gave his country the lead on the half hour mark after his woefully-overhit through ball managed to deceive Maarten Stekelenburg in the Dutch goal.

Take a look at this. *Clearly* meant for Antoine Griezmann.

Unsurprisingly, Pogba was too embarrassed to celebrate, and couldn’t even muster a smile as his teammates sarcastically congratulated him on his fortuitous ‘strike’.

The flamboyantly-coiffed, dab-tastic midfielder, who Jose Mourinho probably only decided to sign after seeing three or four impressive vines of his time at Juventus, will now head back to United to prepare for their meeting with high-flying Liverpool next Monday.

United sit sixth in the Premier League ahead of the trip to Anfield, with their famous rivals three points ahead of them in fourth.
