The offences occurred in the match against Israel last month
The Scottish FA have been fined more than £8,000 by FIFA after a section of their fans booed the Israeli national anthem at Hampden Park.
Included in the penalty is also an inappropriate flag that was displayed last month during Scotland’s dramatic 3-2 World Cup qualifying victory.
FIFA explained that Scotland had breached article 16 of the disciplinary code, stating that it was due to: “Order and security at matches (disturbance during national anthems, use of objects – flag – to transmit a message that is not appropriate for a sports event).”
Steve Clarke’s men secured a memorable victory in front of a sell-out crowd in Glasgow, twice coming from behind before scoring a vital injury-time winner.

Eran Zahavi opened the scoring for the away side in the fifth minute, before John McGinn converted a spectacular strike to level proceedings.
Israel were again in front when Mu’nas Dabbur scored in the 31st minute, but Scotland rallied well to equalise again courtesy of Lyndon Dykes.
The game was heading for a draw before Scott McTominay bundled home a corner in stoppage-time to keep Scotland second in Group F.
Should Clarke’s side win in Moldova on 12 November, they will guarantee a spot in the play-offs with one game to spare in the qualifying campaign.
Scotland’s squad for the upcoming qualifiers was released on Tuesday (2 November), with Stoke City striker Jacob Brown receiving his first call-up to the senior squad.
With both Lyndon Dykes and Ryan Christie suspended, the 23-year-old – who has registered four goals and four assists in 19 appearances this season – will have the chance to make his mark against Moldova and Denmark.
