Fans of cup giantkillings may have felt short-changed by Saturday’s results, but Sunday’s early kick-off gave them what they wanted.
It looked as though Swansea City had ridden out an early storm when Jefferson Montero put them ahead against underdogs Oxford United, but the League 2 side responded with three goals either side of half-time, the pick of them from Kemar Roofe.

Bafetimbi Gomis pulled one back with a contentious strike, but Oxford held on for a famous victory to pile more pressure on the top-flight strugglers.
