The Premier League clubs’ European fates have been revealed.
Arsenal overcame two early setbacks in their Champions League group to make the round of 16 for the 16th season in a row, while Chelsea and Man City both topped their group – but Jose Mourinho’s side did not earn an easier draw as a result.
The Gunners face a daunting trip to Barcelona once again, while Manchester City must find a way past Dynamo Kiev to make their first ever Champions League quarter-final.
Chelsea’s hopes for earning a place in next year’s tournament by winning the competition this season were dealt a blow as they were drawn against French giants Paris Saint Germain for the second year in a row.
Here is the draw in full, with the first legs being played in February and the second legs taking place in March:
Gent v Wolfsburg
Roma v Real Madrid
Paris Saint Germain v Chelsea
Arsenal v Barcelona
Juventus v Bayern Munich
PSV Eindhoven v Atlético Madrid
Benfica v Zenit
Dynamo Kiev v Man City
